There will be a new exhibitor at this year’s show, when UK-based Gearhouse Broadcast participates for the first time at BroadcastAsia.

Gearhouse Broadcast, which specialises in complete broadcast solutions, has delivered systems for technical operation centres, international broadcast centres, production control rooms, studio installations, outside broadcast (OB) truck installations, and cable installations.

At booth 4F2-01, Gearhouse Broadcast will showcase its systems integration and project solutions for both permanent and temporary broadcast installations. For example, the company has provided temporary portable production units/Flyaways for broadcast events such as the soccer World Cup and the Olympic Games.

In addition, Gearhouse Broadcast has provided systems integration and project solutions for the likes of M-Net South Africa, The London Studios, the Aspire Academy for Sports Excellence in Qatar, the UK’s BBC and ITV, ZDF/ARD in Germany, Doordarshan India, EBS, HBS, TYC (Argentina), SKY, ATP Media and Channel 7 in Australia.

According to Gearhouse Broadcast, BroadcastAsia2011 represents an opportunity for the company to meet both new and existing customers to discuss its experience of systems integration and project solutions, in particular relating to the applications of broadcast studios, OB facilities, transmission and automation, master control rooms and broadcast cabling.
