The best of UK technology at BroadcastAsia and CommunicAsia Pavilions

The UK is demonstrating the best of British manufacturing at this year’s events — leading and innovative companies that are meeting the needs of their clients in the Asia-Pacific region.

Hosting over 44 UK companies, to once again maintain a strong and enthusiastic presence, 25 of these companies have taken advantage of the UKTI TAP funding, 24 of which are in the UK Pavilion. Sponsored by Intellect, supported by UK Trade & Investment and managed by Tradefair, the UK Pavilion provides the platform for British companies to find new business in this region.

Here are some of companies featured in the UK Pavilions at CommunicAsia2009 and BroadcastAsia2009:

Business Logic Systems is a specialist in customer intelligence, marketing automation and customer-loyalty solutions for mobile network operators which is demonstrating the recently launched InTelestage Real-Time Marketing Manager at CommunicAsia2009. The new module enables mobile operators to respond to customer events, including recharges, as they happen, to drive up service usage and increase customer lifetime value. The full portfolio of InTelestage products and solutions is also on display.

Emtelle is showcasing its fibre unit and mini cable Fibreflow blown optical cabling solutions, which are cost-effective solutions ideal for optical network applications.

Adding to its current range of high performance, rack-mounted, synthesised, S-band up and downconverters, Peak Communications have released new products to cover additional S-band frequency ranges demanded by the satellite industry. The new ranges complement the old and cover 2.2-2.4GHz.

Sceneware’s world premiere of its of SceneShow SD and SceneShow HD at BroadcastAsia2009 aims to bring to the professional broadcaster a range of innovative tools to verify, manipulate and stream content in a seamless and affordable way to multiple platforms, including mobile and IPTV applications.
