WOW-Vision’s wireless presentation solution, the VEOS range, is ‘wowing’ the AV world in the Asia-Pacific, according to its newly-appointed distributor for Singapore, ProAktiv Systems.

Amid positive feedback following demos to AV specialists and in-house AV and IT teams in Singapore, ProAktiv has decided to launch the VEOS range officially at BroadcastAsia2009. ProAktiv Systems aims to reach the regions’ digital signage professionals, AV and entertainment technology specialists.

The VEOS solution enables wireless and seamless presentations. The device itself is a small unit, connecting the IT network and projector, and turns a 'dumb' projector into a smart projector, enabling HD movies to be streamed wirelessly (1080p), with 7.1 surround sound in the top-of-the-range model, proVEOS.

It is said to be the first technology combining matrix switcher, scaler and touch panel into one unit, enabling any make and model of laptop to present wirelessly. This means it is easy to use, even for the most technologically challenged. It has a host of features including seamless switching of presenter, remote asset management, digital signage, interactive whiteboard feature, and Q&A (chat) function, to name a few.
